counselor at Alcott, I will be providing services that will help with the educational,
vocational, social, and personal needs of every student in an atmosphere
of mutual confidence, understanding and respect.
The following services are
available:
COUNSELING-
Talking over a concern or
problem with someone trained to listen and provide assistance.
EDUCATIONAL PLANNING- Helping
students gain awareness of academic classes that will fulfill graduation
requirements and future educational needs.
CAREER PLANNING- Administering
Wichita Public School's Career Interest Inventories, Career Portfolios,
and various Career Exploration Opportunities.
RESOURCE CENTER-
Information and resource
materials for students and their families. |
